Run

The last part of the race is a running course of 5, 10 or 21 km that will lead the athletes through scenic villages and forests of the region.

RUN STANDARD DISTANCE + RELAY

  • Distance: 10 km (2 loops)
  • Swim, bike & run time limit (cut-off): 4 hours

RUN HALF DISTANCE + RELAY

Please note that the Belman Organization reserves its right to alter the circuit mentioned below.

    • Distance: 21 km (4 loops)
    • Swim, bike & run time limit (cut-off): 8 hours

RUN SPRINT DISTANCE

      • Distance: 5 km (1 loop)
      • Swim, bike & run time limit (cut-off): 4 hours
